Orders placed before 2pm may be eligible for next-day delivery where stock, location, vehicle availability and other circumstances allow.
Delivery may be affected by weather, traffic, stock availability, site access and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is suitable and that there is reasonable access for the delivery vehicle.
Kerbside delivery is provided as standard unless otherwise agreed.
We may refuse to enter an unsafe or unsuitable location.
Additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply where access is unsuitable, nobody is available when required, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
Goods may be available for collection from our premises during advertised opening hours.
Please ensure that your vehicle is suitable for safely transporting the goods purchased.

We offer trade account facilities to eligible customers.
All credit accounts are subject to status and approval.

Where timber is cut, prepared or altered to a customer’s requested specification, additional return restrictions may apply.
Customers are responsible for checking measurements, quantities, specifications and suitability before placing an order.
Where our staff provide advice or estimates, including fencing quantity calculations, these are provided as guidance and should be checked against the specific requirements of the project.
Ground conditions, slopes, corners, gates, waste, construction methods and other site-specific factors can affect the quantities required.
